Interior car restoration
Lancia Fulvia 1200 HF
Born as a replacement for the Appia III, the Lancia Fulvia HF immediately achieved some success thanks to three main factors: comfort, build quality and good road holding.
Equipped in the first version with a 1091 CC engine, powered by a single carburettor, the Lancia Fulvia introduced various cutting-edge mechanical solutions, such as the 4-cylinder V engine, front wheel drive and 4 disc brakes. In 1965 the Lancia designers developed the elegant and sporty Fulvia coupé based on the sedan, which immediately achieved enormous commercial success.
The restoration
Giving life to the interior of this Lancia Fulvia 1200 HF was a long job.
Not only the dashboard, but also the leather of the seats and door panels showed several signs of wear. For this reason it was decided in common agreement with the customer to carry out a complete restoration work, starting from the remaking of the dashboard root up to the replacement of the skin of the doors and seats.
